Qualified investors are encouraged to invest in our Private Equity Real Estate Fund (PERE) which is structured as a Limited Partnership (LP) in which Baxxan Capital as the general partner manages pooled capital from limited partners to acquire and manage real estate assets. This structure allows for pooled capital, professional management, and tax efficiency, with risk and reward aligned through a detailed legal agreement.
Types of Fund Strategies
PERE funds are structured around specific investment strategies, which dictate their risk and return profile.
- Core: Low -risk funds that invest in well-occupied, stable properties in prime locations, offering lower returns.
- Core-plus: Moderate-risk funds that acquire slightly risker assets or use moderate leverage to achieve higher returns.
- Value-add: Funds that acquire underperforming or inefficient properties and aim to increase their value through improvements.
- Opportunistic: High-risk funds that pursue complex, high-reward strategies like ground-up development or repositioning poorly operated properties.
