4. Exit Strategy: The ultimate goal of our firm is to exit the investment profitably. This can be achieved through various means, such as selling the company to another firm, conducting an initial public offering (IPO), or recapitalizing the business. The exit typically occurs withing a time frame of 3 to 7 years after the initial investment.
